Agent Connect Speed
In Campaigns, this feature allows for an agent connect speed selection that determines how fast it connects the callee to a waiting agent. This applies only if “Answering Machine Detection” is enabled:
- Fast: Agents connect fast, but will receive a higher number of voicemails connected to agents.
- Normal: Agents connect with a normal speed with fewer voicemails connecting to agents.
- Slow: Agents connect slower to the callee, but the number of voicemail connected to agents is minimal. This setting cannot be used in conjunction with custom answering machine detection settings.
