In Queues, this real-time queue statistic refers to current agent status and activity. These values fluctuate with agent status changes; they do not display an aggregate daily count. These counts are divided into two sub-categories:
- Logged In: Displays the number of concurrent agents logged into the queue. If no agents are logged in, the count resets to zero.
- On Queue Calls: Displays the number of concurrent agents on queue calls. If no agents are on queue calls, the count resets to zero.
